		<description>Spencer, thanks for bringing this article to my attention.  It was definitely a shot of encouragement as I continue to try and rewire leaders in my church regarding children's ministry.  I guess I am not as crazy as some think!
I greatly appreciate their emphasis on not undervaluing the contribution children can make to the body of Christ.  It is so sad to watch this play out on a weekly basis.  Regardless of a church's size or structure, we must get this resolved.  I look forward to any ideas that IK comes up with.</description>
